The founder of the AA Real Estate School, Mr. Gavin Cheng with a MBA degree, has been practicing real estate and mortgage for thirty years in Los Angeles area. He has a variety of experience in real estate, mortgage and business management.

The AA Real Estate School, founded in 2005, focuses on assisting students to obtain real estate  and mortgage licenses. We have expanded our service as an online school to provide more real estate and mortgage courses. In addition, we also offer students CE (continuing education) courses to help them build their careers in real estate and mortgage successfully.
