1.The final exam contains 100 multiple-choice questions
that reflect an overall understanding of the reading materials and written
assignments for the entire course.
2.The final exam is an “open book” exam. A student
may use notes and/or “open book” or a non-programmable calculator.
3.The total final test time is 3
hours maximum.
4.At least 60 questions (60%) must be answered
correctly to pass.
5.If a student fails in the first time, he or she
must wait two weeks before re-applying for the exam. There is no fee to retake the exam.
6.A completion certificate will be e-mailed to
the student within 2 working days after the administrative staff has reviewed the
student’s records which have met all CalBRE requirements.
WARNING: All Final Exams are automatically
reviewed by our administrative staff. Any unauthorized access to any of our
final exams by any person may be reported to the California Bureau of Real
Estate at our discretion.
